PROCESO DE COMPRA-VENTA DE CRIPTOMONEDAS

DOCUMENTACIÓN DE USUARIOS (COMPRADOR Y VENDEDOR)

  • El vendedor debe enviar su información personal o la información de la empresa dueña de la cartera digital a vender por medio de este FORMULARIO.
  • El Comprador debe enviar su información personal o la información de la empresa dueña de la cartera digital a vender por medio de este FORMULARIO.
  • El Representante o intermediario debe enviar su información personal o la información de la empresa dueña de la cartera digital a vender por medio de este FORMULARIO.

 

REDACCIÓN DE CONTRATOS

  • LA FIRMA LEGAL – BUFETE RAUHER realizara la redaccion de los contratos de compra-venta entre las partes.
  • LA FIRMA LEGAL – BUFETE RAUHER realizara la redaccion de los contratos de comision entre las partes representantes.
  • LOS DOCUMENTOS  seran enviados unicamente por medio de [email protected]

 

MÉTODOS DE PAGO

La cartera digital designada para cada proceso se utilizara por de nuestro representante legal Abogado David Fernando Raudales Hernandez para realizar el proceso de intercambio (SWAP) para cada unica transaccion entre cada compra-venta entre usuarios unicos.
Las transacciones de compra-venta con fondos FIAT se realizaran por medio de cartera digital empresarial con sede en el pais de EL SALVADOR, la cartera digital sera entregada por medio del contrato a firmar entre las partes.

COMISIONES

Las comisiones se realizaran unicamente en criptomoneda a las carteras digitales registradas en cada contrato por transaccion, dichas cantidades se realizaran 24 horas despues de cada transaccion sea totalmente finalizada.

 

PUBLICACIONES

Siguiendo las politicas de las transacciones en criptomonedas seran publicadas en el blog WWW.BUFETERAUHER.COM ademas de enviar el registro a WWW.BLOCKCHAIN.COM blog y WWW.BINANCE.COM blog.

USER DOCUMENTATION (BUYER AND SELLER)

PAYMENT METHODS

The digital wallet designated for each process will be used by our legal representative, Attorney David Fernando Raudales Hernandez, to carry out the exchange process (SWAP) for each unique transaction between each purchase and sale between unique users.
